1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using SavvyCart (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. What SavvyCart Is

SavvyCart is a shopping list manager for Android. It lets you create, organize, and manage shopping lists entirely on your device. The App does not require an account, does not ask for your name or any personal information, and works fully offline.

3. Free to Use, Always

SavvyCart is free to download and use. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or hidden fees. We commit to keeping the App free forever.

4. Your Data

All data you create in the App — your lists, items, and any other content — is stored exclusively on your device. We have no access to it, no servers that receive it, and no way to recover it if it is lost (for example, if you uninstall the App or reset your device). Please back up your device if this data is important to you.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its name, design, code, and all associated assets, is owned by Eric Garza and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to the App's source code, branding, or assets beyond the right to use the App on your personal device.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

SavvyCart is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Eric Garza shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data. Since the App is free and stores data only on your device, our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed zero.

8. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mexico.
